3. Order and Payment

3.8 The order status of the Adega Forte is comprised of 3 phases: Pending, Processing and Completed.

4. Shipping charges

5.7 Adega Forte is not responsible for shipments made to countries where the respective law does not allow the entry of alcoholic beverages. It is the responsibility of the customers to seize their parcels, as well as the payment of customs fees, if they exist. In case of the return of the products Adega Forte will only refund the amount corresponding to these same products.



5.8 Adega Forte has contracted services with specialized carriers for deliveries in Portugal and Spain. 6. Returns
